Being Part of Tove Lo & SG Lewis’s “HEAT” Music Video

Reflecting on an Unforgettable Experience

ree

Exactly one year ago, I still can’t believe I was lucky enough to be part of something so incredible. When I received an invitation from the amazing director David Wilson, I was over the moon—especially after touring Europe with his captivating Modern Cabaret show, *David’s Wilson Closet.* That journey opened my eyes to the magic of creativity and the power of pushing boundaries, and this opportunity felt like a beautiful full-circle moment for me.

The shoot took place at the legendary Electrowerkz in Islington, London—a space alive with raw energy, vibrant lights, and artistic spirit. The entire day was a whirlwind of adrenaline, laughs, and unforgettable moments. We started at 11 am, filming in full energy mode, and I honestly couldn’t believe how fast the time flew. The day was packed with fun and surprises—and I was lucky enough to be part of it all the way until the evening. The highlight? Tove Lo herself invited us to join her lunch party at Electrowerkz to celebrate the song’s release. That moment felt surreal—surrounded by talented artists and creatives, I kept dancing non-stop until 3 am, totally immersed in the magic of it all. It was joy, chaos, and pure inspiration all rolled into one day I’ll cherish forever.

I know you want me Obviously  I already know You can’t take the heat You staring at me Staring is free I already know  You can’t take the heat

And now, a funny story: I was on scaffolding, covered in body oil and glycerin—basically, a human slip-and-slide. During the scene where I had to spin the dildos, I had to swap my hands, and in that rush, I accidentally used my greasy hands, slipped off the scaffolding, and fell to the floor. I’m honestly still amazed I was okay—just a big scare, a messy fall, and a good lesson in staying focused! It was a wild moment of chaos.

My outfit? Inspired by the gear I used when I used to go go dancing in West London clubs. It felt like a perfect reflection of my journey—part of my story, on full display. Watching the “HEAT” video now, I feel flooded with pride and gratitude. This wasn’t just a shoot; it was a celebration of resilience, self-expression, and the magic that happens when talented people come together to create something extraordinary.

This experience ignited my passion even further. Moments like these remind me why I chase my dreams — the joy, the chaos, the connection, and the endless potential for magic. I’m eternally grateful for this journey, for the trust of the team, and for every single memory that I’ll carry with me forever. Here’s to many more adventures, more dancing until dawn, and more stories written with passion and love.
