GETTING HERE:
🚌 By public transport: Tram 51 or 8, Bus 33, 72 or 89 to the Schiffbau stop (then a 3-minute walk)
Various S-Bahn trains to Zürich Hardbrücke (then a 6-minute walk)
🚙 By car: Parking is available under the Hardbrücke and in the surrounding parking garages (Ibis Hotel, Pfingstweid, Schiffbau, Puls5).

You are very welcome to relax and shower before and after your session. I am ready 10 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment. Feel free to arrive up to 10 minutes early if you wish to freshen up first. You also have another 10 minutes to do so after the session. This ensures that none of your booked time is lost.
DELAYS & CANCELLATIONS
If you are running late, please let me know via a quick text message or call:
Particularly with longer sessions, I usually have enough buffer time to accommodate a delay of up to 10 minutes.
While I cannot guarantee it, I will do my best to ensure you can fully enjoy your scheduled session.
If you need to cancel your appointment, the following terms apply:
🟢 Cancellation up to 24 hours before the session: NO FEES
🟠 Up to 6 hours before the session: 50 CHF per booked hour
🔴 Later: 150 CHF per booked hour
❌ No-show: full amount due
* For refunds of pre-paid amounts, a 10% fee will be deducted for administrative and transaction costs.
