Intention of Touch is an experiential workshop exploring the transformative power of slow, mindful touch. Through guided exercises, massage techniques and playful exploration, participants are invited to deepen their awareness, cultivate presence and discover how intentional touch can create meaningful moments of connection.

Rather than focusing on performance or technique alone, this workshop invites you to explore touch as a language, one that communicates trust, curiosity, care and desire.

Whether you are looking to enrich your intimate relationships, improve your communication through touch, or simply become more present in your body, this workshop offers a welcoming space for exploration and discovery. Throughout the evening, you'll be guided through a series of structured exercises designed to increase sensitivity, awareness and connection.
